Here’s a size guide to paste into a Shopify Size Guide page. The measurements are typical for the heavyweight garment-dyed tee your New Day shirt appears to use. Check them against the size chart in Printify for each product before publishing, because different blanks fit differently.

How to measure
- Chest width: lay a shirt that fits you well flat and measure straight across, 1" below the armpits
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem
- Compare your numbers to the chart and pick the closest size
Fit tips
- Between sizes? Go with the larger size for comfort.
- Garment-dyed cotton is pre-shrunk, so there’s minimal shrinkage when washed cold and dried low.
